Jadeveon Clowney's Instagram Account is a Veritable Treasure Trove of Awesomeness

I keep track of the social media activity of a lot of athletes. In most cases, I would be inclined to point out one cool thing that an athlete posted on social media that happens to be worthy of attention. But South Carolina's Jadeveon Clowney makes doing this difficult, as his Instagram account is consistently pretty great and thus is, in its entirety, is worthy of your time and attention.

Just yesterday, the potential No. 1 pick in the 2014 NFL Draft posted a pretty adorable video of him with an older South Carolina fan:

And the night before he posted another video of him pranking a teammate (traditionally I think the shaving cream goes in the sleeping guy's hand and then you tickle him with a feather, but Clowney's more efficient method still achieves the desired result):

A day after getting pulled over for speeding, Clowney made amends by posting a picture of him smiling next to some traffic cops:

But the reason he was speeding was probably so that he wouldn't be late for playing laser tag with his teammates. (Not really, the speeding violation occurred in South Carolina and he played laser tag in Orlando, but I enjoy this narrative I've invented for him):

And then last month, following South Carolina's defeat of in-state rival Clemson, Clowney posted one of the better trash talk memes I've ever seen:

Basically Jadeveon Clowney's life seems pretty awesome, and he does a good job of documenting said life on the ol' social media. So if you're involved with such things, it would probably be worth your while to give him a follow on Instagram at Clowney__7. And you can catch him live at 1 p.m. EST on New Year's Day when South Carolina plays against Wisconsin in the Capital One Bowl. If his performance in last year's Outback Bowl is any indication of what's to come, then this game will definitely be worth your time.
