Spectators at the Big Ten tournament in Indianapolis can choose a specialty hot dog modeled after each of the conference's 12 schools.

The variations range from Northwestern's purple onion marmalade with provolone cheese and creole mustard (which sounds amazing), to Wisconsin's dairy overload of cheddar cheese sauce, provolone, pepper jack, Cheetos, and pepper relish (which also sounds amazing).

The toppings seem to be more geared toward team colors than regional specialties, but what really matters is that I would happily eat any, or all, of the offerings.
