Ouch. Can Richard H. Lee Take a Mulligan for This Shot?

Golf is 90 percent short game, and nothing proved that better than Richard H. Lee's unfortunate 17th hole at the TPC Sawgrass this weekend. Lee topped the ball not once, but twice, with two different clubs, to finish the hole with a double-bogey.
