UK Grocery Store Criticized for Selling KKK-like England World Cup Outfits

Saturday May 31st, 2014

British supermarket chain Asda is in hot water after selling wearable England flags that look suspiciously like KKK hoods.

Per an Asda spokesperson, the company “opted for a hood on our wearable England and Brazilian flags as you never know what the British weather will bring. We want customers to get behind the team without getting wet.”

Asda, which is owned by Walmart, insists the cape is nothing more than a flag that just so happens to have a hood attached to it.

We'll let you be the judge of that.
