Champion water skier meets fake Pete Carroll at Seahawks training camp

Tuesday July 22nd, 2014

Chris Parrish is a world champion water skier who happened to be at the Seahawks training facilities at Virginia Mason Athletic Center, where he met a man with salt-and-pepper hair and a Seahawks t-shirt. Parrish decided this must be the team's head coach Pete Carroll and posted a photo of the two on Instagram.

Unfortunately, this man was not only not Pete Carroll, he does not bear even a passing resemblance to the coach.

Parrish seems to have realized his mistake since posting the photo, as he has re-tweeted some people who have corrected him, but is a good enough sport to have left the post up on the internet, so that people can continue to mock him.
