The Triple-A Fresno Grizzlies hosted their hotly anticipated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme night last night and it did not disappoint, with a couple in full Turtles costume getting engaged on the field among other festivities.

It takes an amazing amount of confidence to ask someone to marry you while also pretending to be a cartoon character, so it seems likely that this fellow was not even a little bit nervous, much like the confident party dude Michelangelo he was dressed as.

The team also handed out lots of free pizza, which one can safely assume did not have any anchovies on it, and the team's mascot dressed up as Master Splinter.

Based on the tweets from the game, everyone got really into it.

The Giants affiliate also won the game 11-7 over Salt Lake, so they might want to bust out the Turtle alternate jerseys a little more often.
