Penn State students swarmed the streets of State College Monday night to celebrate the news that the team would be bowl eligible this season, after the NCAA reduced the  punishments against the team stemming from the Jerry Sandusky case.

Maryland's revamped mascot is a terrifying monster

The students gathered in the streets surrounding Beaver Stadium and for some reason began chanting and singing the National Anthem.

Brewers' spring training complex is under water

The students also chanted the name of longtime coach Joe Paterno, as well as "409," Paterno's win total, which was reduced significantly by the NCAA as part of the punishment.
