Astros' Jake Marisnick stops by the SI offices to hand out some pies

Sports Illustrated recently celebrated its 60th anniversary, and to help toast a job well done, Jake Marisnick of the Houston Astros raided the SI offices and provided some pies to the face to SI Staff.

Baseball players know the best way to let someone know they have done a good job is to hit them in the face with a whipped cream pie.

Why should those delicious congratulations be reserved only for those talented enough to hit walk-off home runs and throw no-hitters, and not available to those of us whose skills are better suited to an office setting?
