Gonzaga player sets world record for behind-the-back shot at 47-feet

Friday October 10th, 2014

Gonzaga forward Kyle Wiltjer discovered the world record for furthest behind-the-back-shot was 24-feet, so he and some teammates decided to get Wiltjer's name into the record books by nailing the shot from half court, not once but twice.

Wiltjer is a redshirt junior who transferred to Gonzaga after spending his first two seasons at Kentucky, where he earned SEC Sixth Man of the Year honors in 2013.
