Floyd Mayweather may still be undefeated in the ring but he has finally admitted defeat at the sportsbook, after posting a $20,000 loss with a money line bet on the Houston Texans.
Mayweather has been posting his enormous bets on social media platforms for several years now, but he only posted the winning slips, leading many to wonder what the losses look like for a man willing to place an $800,000 bet on a Week 7 Cardinals-Raiders game.
Granted, while a $20k loss would be soul crushing to any of us mere mortals, "Money" Mayweather was estimated to have made over $100 million in the last year byFortune, so he has probably lost more money between his couch cushion than the Texans cost him last night.
