Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker taunts Bears QB Jay Cutler on Twitter

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker must be feeling confident after winning re-election last week. The first target in his new term? Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker must be feeling confident after winning re-election last week. The first target in his new term? Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.

After the Bears were dominated by the Green Bay Packers 55-14 on Sunday Night Football, Walker had a wide window for a potshot. In the loss at Lambeau Field, Cutler went 22-of-37 for 272 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. He also lost one fumble in the second quarter.

By Monday afternoon, Walker had more than enough ammunition to sling this jab Cutler's way.

That's no exaggeration from Walker: Cutler is 1-10 all-time against the Packers, and his only win came in 2010. Four of those losses came at Green Bay, where Cutler went a combined 71-of-139 (51.1 percent) for 843 yards, three touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

Cutler won't have another chance to play Green Bay until next season, as the Packers also took down the Bears 38-17 at Soldier Field in Week 4.

The real question: Will Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn have his quarterback's back before ceding his seat to Gov.-Elect Bruce Rauner in January?
