With the Atlanta Hawks leading the New York Knicks 83-76 with less than a minute remaining on Monday, relative disaster struck for Hawks guard Thabo Sefolosha. Knicks guard Iman Shumpert was the culprit in inflicting what could be assumed as extreme pain on Sefolosha via an errant inbounds pass.

Fortunately for Sefolosha, the Hawks got the last laugh with a 91-85 victory, and the veteran's toughness cannot be taken into question, simply because he managed to stay on the floor despite that "personal" injury. The look on Sefolosha's face tells the story of every male who has been struck in a similar situation, but on the bright side, the Hawks improved to 3-3 on the season.

The expense was high, but a win is a win.
