That's a pretty sweet gun. The scorpion on the stock is nice touch.

But this can't be legal, can it? Aren't there strict protocols for buying guns, like background checks and waiting periods? You can't just send Jose Canseco a couple hundred bucks on PayPal and have him put a deadly weapon in the mail.
