Curt Schilling's son brought fake grenades to the airport

Saturday November 22nd, 2014

Lesson number one of post-9/11 air travel: Don't pack fake weapons in your luggage. Unfortunately, Curt Schilling's son did not get that memo.

The former pitcher was waiting in a security line at the airport with his family on Saturday when his son remembered he had toy grenades in his bag. Whoops!

Curt's son probably should have checked the TSA Instagram page before packing.
