Hurricanes goalie Anton Khudobin needed to be yanked over the boards

Monday December 22nd, 2014

For an NHL goalie, climbing over the boards to let an extra skater come on shouldn't be that difficult. It's the sort of thing they do all the time.

But those big pads can be a pain in the neck, so we'll give Hurricanes goalie Anton Khudobin a pass.

At the end of Sunday's game against the Rangers, Khudobin hustled over the bench to make way for an extra attacker but he just could get that big pad over the boards.

Khudobin had a pretty solid game, but he lost 1-0 and embarrassed himself with his poor flexibility.
