Minor league hockey team's '$1 Beer Night' leads to rinkside beer pyramid

Thursday January 29th, 2015

The Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL held a Seinfeld Tribute Night on Wednesday, but the team must have been concerned that the sitcom's 25th anniversary would not fill the arena, so they offered something even more enticing: $1 beer.

While selling alcohol at such a low price seems to practically beg for trouble, the fans appear to have been well-behaved, although they did embark on some stadium beautification efforts.

If you are sad you missed out on the amazing combination of hockey and cheap beer don't worry, as the Cyclones are offering the deal at all Wednesday home games for the remainder of the season.
