USF trolls UCF women's basketball on Twitter

South Florida women's basketball did some old-fashioned trolling of its Tuesday night opponent on Twitter, calling out the fact that Central Florida hasn't beat the Bulls since 1980.

It's been a long time since Central Florida has defeated South Florida in women's basketball. So long ago, in fact, that a lot of seemingly-ancient things have happened since.

USF took advantage of the opportunity by doing some good-natured trolling on Twitter ahead of the Tuesday showdown between the schools.

UCF last beat USF in December 1980, before any of the things from A to E listed in that tweet happened. The two teams have played each other 15 times since then, including two dominating wins by the Bulls last season.

Whoever runs the USF account should hope for a similar outcome on Tuesday, or else things are going to get very awkward on social media. - Molly Geary
