The key to good offense in basketball is moving the ball. The key to a good Zumba class, as Charlotte Hornets forward Noah Vonleh showed high schoolers on Tuesday, is moving your feet. And your legs, and your hands and your whole body, really.

In a video posted to the team's official website, Vonleh can be seen participating in a Zumba class at Vance High School in Charlotte. Once the music was cranked up, Vonleh let loose and shared his dance moves with all of the students.

"It's really important to have an after-school activity to stay in shape [and] interact with other people,"

said Vonleh

.

"I had seen some Zumba videos and had a feeling we'd be moving around but it was a pretty good class. I got a good sweat in."

Not too shabby for a 6-foot-9 power forward.
