Obviously this rough playoff performance is going to draw the attention of the New York tabloids, but the Daily News found a way to make Lundqvist's struggles dovetail nicely with the other big news of Wednesday night.

The final episode of David Letterman's Late Show aired after a week of sendoffs to the beloved comedy icon, so the paper melded one of his most famous recurring segments with the Rangers's defensive woes.
