Dodgers P Alex Wood uses MS Paint Twitter avatar after trade

Alex Wood is the latest Dodgers pitcher to use a MS Paint drawing for his Twitter avatar after heading to L.A.

It's become a bit of a trend now for pitchers who end up with Los Angeles to put themselves in a Dodgers uniform in their Twitter avatar via amateuri MS Paint drawings.

Just ask Brandon McCarthy and Brett Anderson, who both changed their avatars last December after signing with the team (and still have them, in case you were wondering).

On Thursday, the Atlanta Braves traded pitcher Alex Wood to Los Angeles, and he knew what to do. Shortly after the three-team, 13-player trade was announced on Thursday, he became the latest to take his avatar of himself in a Braves uniform and replace it with an MS Paint job.

New York tabloids go three-for-three with ‘Crying Shame’ headlines

The Dodgers also received pitchers Mat Latos, Bronson Arroyo, Jim Johnson and Luis Avilan in the trade, but unfortunately none of them appear to be active on Twitter so we are deprived of their potential MS Paint masterpieces.
