Chad Barrett scores goal in first minute, injures himself celebrating

Seattle Sounders forward Chad Barrett scores goal in the first minute, then injures himself celebrating.

It was a tale of two minutes for Seattle Sounders forward Chad Barrett on Sunday.

In the first minute of the Sounders' match against the L.A. Galaxy, Barrett found himself on the score sheet, poking home a goal 50 seconds into the contest.

As soon as the second minute started, he found himself in a crumpled heap on the floor in the middle of a circle of confused teammates.

What happened in between? As the video below shows, Barrett appears to pull his hamstring as he runs around in celebration of his goal. It's not the most painful injury, but it's probably the most embarrassing:

Barrett was subbed out of the match.
