Boston cider makers celebrate Deflategate ruling with special cans

Thursday September 3rd, 2015

Boston-based cider company Downeast Cider House saw that Indianapolis-based Sun King Brewery had put a special, not-so-kind message for Tom Brady on the bottom of its beer cans, so it responded by supporting the quarterback on its product this summer.

Now the cider maker has adjusted the bottom of the can message from “Free Tom Brady” to a celebration of the quarterback’s victory over the NFL on Thursday.

You have to admire the company, not only for its love for the local team, but also for its amazingly fast turn around time.
