Ohio State fans place flag on Virginia Tech’s ‘Mt. Hokie’
Ohio State fans are eager for the Buckeyes to start their title defense on Monday, and want them to avenge the team’s only loss last year, which came at home against Virginia Tech in the 2014 season opener.
This year the team opens the season in Blacksburg, and some OSU fans took a detour to a rural Virginia site known as Mount Hokie, which features the VT logo emblazoned on the side of a hill. Their motivation was to let everyone know the Buckeyes were on their way.

The two teams will start their 2015 campaigns on Monday night, with the Buckeyes' starting quarterback situation still shrouded in secrecy as Cardale Jones and J.T. Barrett battle to see who will be under center for the reigning national champions.
