As you enjoy a phenomenal weekend of college football, please keep the folks at Mississippi State on your mind after freshman defensive lineman Keith Joseph Jr. and his father, ex-Bulldog player Keith Joseph Sr., were killed in a car accident on Friday. We are sending a lot of thoughts and prayers to the pair, their family and friends. Rest in peace, gentlemen.

Big Weekend

With high stakes and electric atmospheres, the entire regular season is magical but this is where college football becomes pure chaos. Rick Ross helped kick things off on College GameDay and although the crowd was SO WEAK in Tuscaloosa, some fans still produced adequately amusing GameDay signs. One of the most hilarious highlights of the weekend happened early when Pitt RB Qadree Ollison made this embarrassing blocking attempt against Notre Dame LB Jaylon Smith in a game that a local news station picked the "Steelers" to somehow win. And UCF might be the worst FBS team in the nation but at least they're making ridiculous over-the-bac catches. And lastly, poor Duke: North Carolina scored an 89-yard LATERAL flea flicker touchdown on the game's first play.

Replacing Richt?

It appears more likely than ever that Georgia coach Mark Richt could be fired in the near future. Here are some under-the-radar candidates (including BYU's Bronco Mendenhall) to replace him if that's the case.

My celebrity crush is Robert Downey Jr. Why? He's the sexiest bad boy in Hollywood, swashbuckling, ruggedly handsome and a captivating actor.

Shannon's favorite app is Instagram because she enjoys sharing pictures about things she's passionate about - like her daughter and dance.

Her worst date??? "Oh dear! When I was in high school a guy thought he'd be suave and have his friend drive us around downtown while he tried to seduce me in the back seat. Whoa! He picked the wrong girl. Bye, bye!"
