The Jurassic Park franchise has apparently taught Robin Lopez nothing, as he displayed an alarming lack of respect for raptors on Tuesday night while continuing his war against mascots.

The Jurassic Park franchise has apparently taught Robin Lopez nothing, as he displayed an alarming lack of respect for raptors on Tuesday night while continuing his war against mascots.

The Raptor showed up at mid-court before the game between New York and Toronto with a list of his favorite Lopezes, featuring Jennifer, Mario, George and Nancy, but neither Robin nor his brother Brook, which led to a physical altercation between the center and the dinosaur.

After the game Lopez listed the Raptor high on his enemies list, and called him out for his cowardly tactics.

New York and Toronto are scheduled to go head-to-head three more times this season, so it seems unlikely this is the final chapter in one of the NBA’s great rivalries.
