Watch Ryan Lochte rap ‘Ice Ice Baby’ before getting disqualified

Ryan Lochte is back with a brief lip-sync of the only Vanilla Ice hit.

Ryan Lochte competed with the U.S. swimming team at Duel in the Pool over the weekend, where our home country defeated the European All-Stars in a 155-107 victory.

Of course, we’re not here for that. We don’t even know what that means.

What we are here for is Lochte, the Jeah-spewing swimmer who wrung out 15 minutes of fame during the 2012 Olympics, lip-syncing along to Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby” before the 200-meter individual medley.

Lochte was disqualified for a turn violation during the race.
