Broncos linebacker and Super Bowl MVP Von Miller will reportedly join the cast of Dancing With the Stars this upcoming season.
Broncos linebacker and Super Bowl MVP Von Miller will join the cast of Dancing With the Stars this upcoming season along with Steelers wideout Antonio Brown, reports BSN Denver and NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Miller will reportedly compete in season 22 of the ABC show, which pairs celebrities with professional dancers in a weekly-elimination tournament format. BSN Denver reports Miller is traveling to Los Angeles this week to begin training, in addition to appearing on NFL Network.
Brown could become the second Pittsburgh wide receiver to win the dance contest, as Hines Ward hoisted the Mirror Ball trophy in a previous season.
Miller was offered the Broncos’ franchise tag in the wake of their Super Bowl 50 win, and reports have indicated the two sides have not agreed yet on a long-term deal.
Former Boston College quarterback Doug Flutie will also reportedly dance on the upcoming season, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.
The cast will be officially unveiled March 8 on Good Morning America.
We’ll see how far Miller’s footwork can take him.
