Last week the Pistons were hosting the Mavericks when one fan sitting courtside suddenly found the ball in his lap and realized he had what was likely his first and only opportunity to make a shot on an NBA court, so he fired up a long distance three that did not even scare the rim.

The fans terrible field goal attempt quickly went viral, and now Detroit is using the spectator as an example of what not to do when you are at a basketball game with a funny new video.
