Rangers fan goes all out with prom proposal
A New York Rangers fan channeled his favorite hockey when it came time for his prom proposal.
Chris Cafiero asked his girlfriend to prom using a homemade banner with the names of six Rangers players mixed in. The banner read “Prom is gonna be NASHty and I don’t want to STAAL this any MOORE so act FAST and STEPAN down to prom with me. If you think you can YANDLE it.”
Cafiero told Blueshirts United he went to his girlfriend’s house and waited for her to come home, jumping out with the banner. Cafiero claimed his girlfriend was “really happy,” although she kind of had to say yes because they’ve been dating for three years.

Honestly, when I look at this banner and the homie’s outfit, I think Chris would rather go to prom with a New York Ranger than his girlfriend.
