You would think Larry David would have enough on his plate with the upcoming return of Curb Your Enthusiasm, but the comedian thinks he has room in his schedule to take on the duties of an NFL offensive coordinator.

The Seinfeld co-creator has previously told Howard Stern of his desire to don the headset, and reiterated his belief that he could quickly pickup the nuances of the pro game in a recent conversation with Charissa Thompson on The Dan Patrick Show.

While it does seem like a long shot that David would be able to spend just one year learning the game and successfully take over play-calling for a team, it would certainly make for some of the finest episodes of Hard Knocks you have ever seen.

David is an ardent supporter of the New York Jets and The New York Times once reported that the team had brought him in to consult on draft picks.
