Watch: Bride crashes Rio broadcast, reporter ends up with wedding invite
If you talk on live TV long enough you are probably going to deal with someone running up behind you and yelling things, and that person will almost definitely be drunk.
BBC Four’s Dan Walker decided not to shoo away a bachelorette party (or “Hen Party” as the British broadcaster calls it), and instead invites the bride-to-be onto the set where she is surprisingly charming for a drunk person interrupting a broadcast.
It turns out she had such a nice time on set that she sent Walker an invite to her upcoming nuptials, and her mom even showed up a few days later to ask the presenter to attend the wedding in person.
Walker explains that he is only in Brazil for the Olympics and that his wife would rather he stay home than head back to Brazil for a wedding, even though he made the bride into a viral star.
