The Chicago Cubs are in the World Series for the first time since 1945 and faithful fans could not be happier. Good luck to those trying to watch the games outside of the stadium in the Wrigleyville and Lakeview area.

Several bars have decided to charge expensive covers in order for fans to sit and watch on their televisions.

John Barleycorn at 3524 N. Clark St. is charging $250 for their World Series package which includes admission, drinks from 7 p.m. to the ninth inning, one app, and one entree. You can add a four-top table for $500.

The same deal applies at Deuce's and The Diamond Club on 3505 N. Clark Street.
