Reds starting pitcher Jose Castillo is on the verge of SP1 territory in fantasy baseball thanks to his incredible changeup. Luis Castillo’s career high 226 strikeouts in 2019 has his fantasy baseball draft stock skyrocketing. The Reds pitcher is currently being drafted as the 43rd player overall and the 13th pitcher according to the latest Average Draft Position data. That’s right in SP1 territory which for Sports Illustrated’s fantasy baseball analyst Shawn Childs calls a “cheat ace” given his ADP and the high upside rate of return for the Cincinnati pitcher.
