In a golf swing, upper body power comes from a transfer of energy from the ground, through the core, into the upper half where it leads into the club. Training with a medicine ball or a fanned club will teach your body how to increase the force by overcoming resistance in a fast and aggressive manner. By performing these exercises, you can develop:
