These exercises are great to add to your pre-round routine to help with improving your range of motion throughout the upper, lower, and mid-back. We suggest taking a golf club and performing the thoracic rotations before and after hitting a few balls. This will allow your muscles to heat up to create more elasticity in the fibers. Foam roller push-throughs are going to help with improving lat mobility. Greater lat mobility aids in creating a lot of extension in the lead arm. These exercises will help you with:

  1. Improving range of motion in all three parts of your spine
  2. Allowing more elasticity in back muscles
  3. Generating more extension in the lead arm
