Golfer’s elbow is a soft tissue injury caused by the overuse of the muscles on the inside of the elbow. It's common in amateur golfers, and this condition can cause radiating pain and inflammation of the tendon that connects those muscles to the bone. This week we have exercises to help the symptoms subside by creating activation of the affected muscles through various ranges of motion.

Full range of motion in the wrist aids in flexibility, which can reduce the potential for reinjury. Also, this will increase circulation, which will help deliver nutrients essential for the recovery process.

These exercises will help you:

- Create activation in various ranges
- Increase flexibility
- Improve blood flow to speed up the recovery process
