The Houston Astros are riding high after a win against the Miami Marlins on Tuesday in which they downed the Fish in 2-1 fashion. On Wednesday they will look to continue their momentum against the New York Mets as the 2023 MLB season quickly approaches.

Houston's pitching staff didn't allow a single run until the top of the eighth inning when Miami scored off of Bryan Garcia. However, Garcia pitched 4.0 innings to qrap up the game and allowed just one run to score during that span.

Overall, it was an encouraging showing.

On Wednesday, first pitch is slated for 12:10 p.m. CT and Jairo Solis will take the mound for the Astros.

The game will be televised by SNY in the New York Market. If you do not reside within the New York media market you can stream the game on MLB.tv.

You can also watch it on fuboTV with a free trial by signing up here!

However, it can be listened to on the radio SportsTalk 790 or the MLB app.
