They said it

Braves Manager Brian Snitker was quick to point out that even though it wasn't the final goal, celebrating a NL East title was still something important to do.

"They’re all special, all really hard, and you should enjoy every time you get a chance to do this. Those guys should enjoy every minute of it. It’s like I told them, don’t forget how this feels either, because this is a really good feeling, that your hard work is for something."

Daniel Locke tackled our Braves coverage last night. In his takeaways, he highlighted Spencer Strider's performance on the mound,

Spencer Strider shook off the rough night that was his last start and took care of business tonight.
Strider tossed seven innings and only allowed one run off of four hits. Additionally, he struck out nine batters while only walking two.
The rotation has been a question mark for the Braves at times this season, but this performance from Strider shows just how good it can be.
