Tonight's going to be a high-octane matchup.

Spencer Strider and Hunter Greene are two of the hardest-throwing starting pitchers in baseball, both capable of sitting around 100 with their fastballs. And tonight, they do battle.

Here's how Atlanta will line up as they attempt to sweep the series:

No real surprises here - with Travis d'Arnaud still on the concussion IL, Marcell Ozuna continues to get chances to find his bat, with Eddie Rosario manning left field and Sam Hilliard in center. Orlando Arcia has been a bright spot offensively in the bottom of the lineup, and he's slowly made his way up to 7th.

Starting for Atlanta is RHP Spencer Strider. It's not his first appearance against Cincinnati - he had both a start and a relief appearance against them last year. In his combined eight innings, he's 1-0 with a 1.13 ERA and twelve strikeouts to only one walk. On the 2023 season, Strider is 1-0 with a 2.45 ERA in eleven innings with six walks to eighteen strikeouts - he shut out Washington in six innings in Atlanta's second game of the season, a 7-1 victory, but got a little roughed up by the Padres, giving up four hits and three runs in five innings and gathering a no-decision. Atlanta came back to win that one 7-6 off of an Orlando Arcia walkoff single in the 9th.

Hunter Greene for the Reds having debuted only last year, has faced the Braves just once in his career. He got the start (and the win) versus Atlanta on April 10th, going five innings with four hits and three runs (all earned) while walking two and striking out seven. Both Travis d'Arnaud and Matt Olson homered off of Greene in the bottom of the 5th inning in that contest. On the season, Greene has no decisions after two starts, both losses versus the Pirates and Phillies, where he went a combined eight innings with ten hits and five runs while walking six and striking out thirteen.

Tonight's first pitch is scheduled for 7:20 PM EDT. The game broadcast, with Voice of the Braves Brandon Gaudin, is available inside Braves Country on Bally Sports Southeast, and is available on MLB.TV outside of the broadcast area. The radio call, with Ben Ingram, is available locally on 680 AM/93.7 FM The Fan or outside the Atlanta market on the Atlanta Braves Radio Network or MLB.com.
