In this story:

Chicago Cubs new signing Cody Bellinger finally got his first home run of MLB Spring Training. He hasn't performed poorly this spring, but it is nice to see him finally get a hold of one.

The Cubs hope that Bellinger can return to his 2019 MLB season form when he hit 47 home runs en route to winning the 2019 National League MVP award.

Bellinger's home run came against Team Canada and pitcher Curtis Taylor in the sixth inning. It was an exhibition game as Canada prepares for the group stage of the World Baseball Classic.

Take a look!

Chicago and its fans are hoping it is the first of many as Opening Day of the 2023 MLB season is just around the corner. Hopefully this is Bellinger finding his power and his stride.
