Diamondbacks Announce TV Distribution for 2024 Season

A list of providers, and their respective channels, to find television broadcasts of Diamondbacks games for the 2024 season.

The Diamondbacks announced the details of their television broadcasts for cable and satellite consumers. Cox, DirecTV, Spectrum, Xfinity/Comcast, and Fubo are among the service providers that will be distributing the team's TV broadcasts. Here's the channel number for each provider:

  • Cox (Phoenix): 34
  • Cox (Tucson): 26
  • Spectrum: 304 and 444
  • Xfinity/Comcast: 1261
  • DirecTV: 686
  • Fubo

You can find what channel the game will be broadcasted to on the D-backs' website by typing in your zip code and picking your provider from a dropdown menu.

The channel number for Cox customers in the Phoenix area is worth noting, as it's the same channel number as when games were distributed by Bally Sports Arizona. The D-backs had signed a 15-year, $1.5 billion deal with their Regional Sports Network, then called Fox Sports Arizona, for their TV rights. When Diamond Sports went bankrupt last year, a missed payment eventually led to Bally dropping the D-backs. Major League Baseball then produced games from July 18th through the end of the season. Arizona will be one of three teams, with the San Diego Padres and Colorado Rockies joining, whose games will be produced by MLB for the 2024 season.

Additionally, fans have the option to stream D-backs games, in market and without blackouts, all season long for $100 on D-backs TV. For $100 more, you can also get games from the other 29 teams. Those offers are available only through Dbacks.tv, and not through the MLB.tv page.

Steve Beriathume (play-by-play) and 2001 World Series-winning manager Bob Brenly (commentary) will be calling D-backs games on television in 2024, making it the 12th straight season for the duo. Both Beriathume and Brenly are the longest tenured television announcers, both joining the team for the 2013 season.

The broadcast will also feature Luis Gonzalez and Tom Candiotti on selected games. Jody Jackson, Todd Walsh, Mark Grace, and Brandon Webb return to take care of pre and post game duties.
