Yankees and Nationals bookend final installment of 2009 campaign

The last week of the season means the last edition of the Power Rankings. This week features obvious choices at the top (the likely eight playoff teams) and bottom (back to the cellar, Nats), and a slew of playoff-bound teams who aren't exactly playing confidence-inspiring baseball heading into the postseason.
