The United States needs a win or a tie against tiny but tenacious Guadeloupe to advance in the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

"It would be nice to cruise through the group and be able to put your feet up," goalkeeper Tim Howard told AP after Monday's training session at Livestrong Sporting Park. "It doesn't always happen that way."
