While detailing what the Boston Celtics new acquisitions provide and how long they have been on their radar, Brad Stevens was asked about what the Celtics are going to do with their open roster spot.

With Neemias Queta's contract being a partially guaranteed, two-way deal, Boston has the option of converting the eye-opening, young center to a full-time deal. They could also add another player to fill the last spot on the depth chat.

If the Celtics decide to convert Queta to a full-time contract, the former Sacramento King will be available on the roster moving forward for the postseason.

Stevens talked about the possibility.

"I have, we have, to continue to evaluate everything for that last roster spot we have, but he's done a great job," stated Stevens.

Queta, 24 and in his third season, has two double-doubles and three double-digit rebound games in matchups that he has recorded 15-20 minutes.

His experience has only been growing, as the big man provides the interior energy on the glass with the type of playmaking that Robert Williams used to give Boston. Queta's growth has continuously stood out when the center gets minutes.
