Tuesday represents the final group play game for the Boston Celtics in the NBA's inaugural In-Season Tournament.

The C's welcome the Chicago Bulls to TD Garden for a matchup that will tip-off at 7:30 EST.

While the Orlando Magic lead Group C with a 3-1 record and a +22-point differential, Boston and the Brooklyn Nets are 2-1. The latter has a +8-point differential, and the former's is zero.

So, to win Group C, the Celtics must beat the Bulls by at least 23 points, while the Nets win against the Toronto Raptors but do so by 14 or fewer.

The C's could advance to the quarterfinals by securing a wild-card berth, and while that possibility includes far more variables, it's a more likely path than winning Group C.

A development that will help Boston's effort to get a victory on Tuesday is Jrue Holiday and Derrick White's upgrading to available, per the Celtics.

The former is returning from a right ankle sprain that sidelined him the last two tilts. The latter initially got listed as probable for their showdown with Chicago due to a non-Covid illness.

Kristaps Porzingis remains out due to a left calf strain. He'll get re-evaluated later in the week. Don't expect him to suit up Friday against the Philadelphia 76ers, though.
