Fresh off a 117-107 victory vs. the Phoenix Suns in the desert on Saturday, Monday night at the Moda Center, the Boston Celtics, who sit atop the NBA standings, aim for their 50th win of the season.

The C's matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers, their fourth in a five-game road trip, is against familiar faces Malcolm Brogdon and Dalano Banton.

It's the first time facing the former since his inclusion in the deal for Jrue Holiday and the latter since moving him to the Pacific Northwest at the trade deadline when Boston acquired Jaden Springer a day before adding Xavier Tillman.

Brogdon is averaging 15.7 points, 5.5 assists, 3.8 rebounds, and shooting 41.2 percent from beyond the arc on 5.1 attempts.

In 12 appearances with the Trail Blazers, the last four being starts, Banton is producing 14 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per contest. Since joining the first unit, he's averaging 21.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and converting 7.5 three-point attempts at a 40 percent clip.

As the Celtics prepare for the front end of a back-to-back, with their extended stay away from TD Garden ending Tuesday night against the Utah Jazz, they've released a lengthy injury report featuring all five members of their traditional starting lineup.

Jaylen Brown, who generated 27 points vs. the Suns, is questionable for Monday's contest because of the sacroiliac strain he's dealing with.

Jayson Tatum, who registered a team-high 29 points, ten rebounds, and seven assists against Phoenix, is questionable due to a right ankle impingement.

Jrue Holiday, who finished with 15 points, six assists, two steals, and a block on Saturday, is questionable because of left knee tendinopathy.

After a ten-point, nine-assist, five-rebound performance in which he had one of the most impressive blocks this season, Derrick White is also questionable for Monday's tilt due to a left-hand sprain.

Right hamstring tightness will sideline Kristaps Porzingis for the second straight game. Svi Mykhailiuk is also inactive for Monday's matchup at the Moda Center. He's out due to personal reasons.
