Kristaps Porzingis Gives Thoughts on Joe Mazzulla

In this story:
The Boston Celtics currently hold the best record in the NBA. Kristaps Porzingis, a newcomer to the Celtics, is averaging 19.2 points and 6.7 rebounds over 30.6 minutes per game.
As captured by CLNS Media, Porzinigis shared positive remarks about head coach Joe Mazzulla.
"Joe is a great leader for us. He always finds a way to get to the player in a way that actually gets you in a positive way or a challenging way, and we respond well to his words. He’s charismatic, he’s a great leader for us, and he knows how to push us."
This is Mazzulla’s second year in his current role. Last season, the Rhode Island native was named a head coach for the 2023 NBA All-Star Game.
The Celtics’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 19, against the Memphis Grizzlies at FedExForum; tip-off is at 8:00 p.m. EST.
