The Lakers enter Sunday's regular-season finale against the Jazz uncertain of what seed they'll have entering the playoffs.

At 42-39, Los Angeles is currently in seventh in the Western Conference, but the standings are so congested the purple and gold could move up to sixth or fall to eighth.

As the Lakers prepare for their playoff push, they've signed Shaq Harrison and former Celtic Tristan Thompson, per ESPN's Dave McMenamin.

Thompson averaged 7.6 points and 8.1 rebounds in 54 games with Boston in 2020-21 before getting traded to the Kings. The 11-year veteran then joined the Pacers before finishing the campaign with the Bulls. He has not played in the NBA since.
