There are not many historic NBA lists that LA Clippers guard Russell Westbrook is not on. The future Hall-of-Fame point guard has broken several NBA records during his time in the league, and has regularly seen his name appear on exclusive list this postseason.

As Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic has gone through his historic playoff run, the two-time MVP has continued joining very exclusive lists. The most recent of these came in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, when Jokic and his teammate Jamal Murray joined a list that included only Michael Jordan and Russell Westbrook:

As previously mentioned, this is one of several historic lists that Westbrook has appeared on this postseason. With Jokic averaging a triple-double vs. the Phoenix Suns, he joined LeBron James and Russell Westbrook as the only players in NBA history to do that in a single playoff series. When Steph Curry recorded his 3rd career 30-point triple-double in the playoffs, he pulled into a tie for the 4th most such games in NBA history, trailing on LeBron James, Oscar Robertson, and Russell Westbrook.

While people attempt to rewrite Westbrook's career, so many of these all-time lists include his name. Injuries limited what the Clippers were able to do this postseason, but Westbrook still had special moments in the first round against Phoenix, and has continued to see his name appear on historic postseason lists as these playoffs have continued.
