In this story:

Widely projected to go first overall in next year‘s NBA draft, French phenom Victor Wembanyama continues to shock the basketball world with his abilities on the court. With unprecedented size, Wembanyama is not only bigger than everybody he plays against, but more skilled as well.

Often flashing guard-like skills, there is very little that Wembanyama cannot do on a basketball court. This was displayed again on Sunday, when the future star rebounded his own step-back three-point attempt, and finished it with a put-back dunk. Finishing a put-back dunk off of your own miss is difficult and unlikely enough, but doing so on a step-back three-point attempt is pretty much unheard of.

LA Clippers forward Nicolas Batum reacted to the viral clip by posting it himself on Twitter:

Also from France, Batum has been tuned in to what Wembanyama has been doing. The two will likely face off at some point next season when the future star enters the NBA.

The hype surrounding Wembanyama has hardly been rivaled by any NBA prospects, as his skillset is unlike anybody else. Whoever gets an opportunity to add Wembanyama to their team will be getting a franchise centerpiece that does not come around very often. While this viral clip is just a highlight, these are the type of plays that Wembanyama makes on a regular basis, leaving fans and future opponents in awe of what he can do on the court .
